DekhiTo Partner Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Your team must have at least 3 fully dubbed anime episodes.
• Teams must be active and regular.
• Good audio quality is required (minimal background noise and clear voice).

2. Content Rights

• All voice dubs remain the intellectual property of the dubbing team.
• The original anime video content belongs to its respective copyright holders.
• DekhiTo provides a non-commercial fan streaming platform and claims no ownership over the anime footage.

3. Project Commitment

• Once a project is accepted and started, the dubbing team is expected to complete the full series.
• Dropping a series midway is not allowed without prior discussion and approval from DekhiTo.

This ensures continuity and trust for viewers.

4. Exclusivity

• All full-length dubbed episodes must remain exclusive to DekhiTo.
• Trailers, previews, or promotional clips can be shared on the team's personal social media pages, with clear mention of "Watch full episode only on DekhiTo".

5. Revenue

DekhiTo is a non-profit, fan-driven platform that operates completely ad-free.

As a result, we do not generate revenue or provide any form of payment.

6. Collaboration & Duplicate Dub Policy

1. If two or more teams collaborate on a dub project, each team must be clearly credited, and DekhiTo must be notified during submission.
2. If the same anime series is dubbed by multiple teams, DekhiTo will review and select the best version for publishing.
3. All uploaded videos must include the DekhiTo logo.If you want to include your team logo, it must be positioned tastefully so that it does not distract or annoy viewers.

7. Content Guidelines

Content must not include:

• Hate speech, religious/political offense, or vulgar/explicit audio.

Dubbed content must be age-appropriate unless clearly marked as 18+ (with DekhiTo's approval).

Proper language and respect for community standards are mandatory.

8. Termination

DekhiTo reserves the right to terminate any team's participation if:

• Copyright rules are violated
• Fake or manipulated views are generated
• The team engages in misconduct or public defamation

Teams can voluntarily leave the program at any time with prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

• This is a fan-based and unofficial program.
• DekhiTo is not affiliated with any anime studio, production company, or official distributor.
• All streaming content is shared in a non-profit, fan-driven context.

10. Modifications

• DekhiTo reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
• Teams will be notified via email or their partner dashboard.
